Hairy Bodies
A magazine in which I interviewed a plethora of people who told me their thoughts on their body hair and that of others. Because the current state of mind is that letting your body hair be, is abnormal, unkempt, dirty, smelly and an act of “radical feminism”. Often people who do not remove their hair feel uncomfortable to show their skin and are afraid to be judged for who they are.
Hairy Bodies contains stories of body hair told by people who have it, do not have it, struggle with it or do not think about it at all and how all of that is perfectly fine. These stories propose an alternative nuanced view towards body hair instead of a view of disgust.
